Which Charger do I need?

Motorcycles ATVs Lawn Mowers Snowmobiles .. and any other applications equipped with a small 12 volt battery. Minimum Charger Suggested: 22356 (1 Amp) Battery Sentinel

6 Volt Cars 6 Volt Trucks 6 Volt Tractors .. and any other application equipped with a typical 6 volt battery. Minimum Charger Suggested: 225484 (2 Amp, 6 volt) Battery Sentinel

Class 8 Trucks Construction Machinery Farm Tractors .. and all other applications equipped with large commercial batteries (group 4D and 8D) batteries, two 6 volt batteries wired in "series" or two 12 volt batteries wired in "parallel." Note: The chargers we recommend above indicate the minimum output charger required to maintain batteries typically found in those applications. All Battery Sentinel chargers are 100% automatic and self regulating. They will never overcharge or damage any battery regardless of battery size or type and regardless which Battery Sentinel is connected to it. So it's completely safe to choose a Battery Sentinel charger with a higher amp output rating than the charger we suggest. The advantage of choosing a charger with a higher amp output rating is that when it is used as a "regular battery charger", it will re-charge a dead battery faster, due to its higher amperage output. Once the battery is fully charged, all Battery Sentinels function exactly the same in the maintenance mode.

Battery Sentinel chargers are compatible with ALL Automotive, Marine, Motorcycle, ATV, Lawn & Garden, Utility and Industrial batteries... including Deep-Cycle, Maintenance-Free, Sealed Lead Acid, Absorbed Glass Mat, Switch Mode Technology, Recombinant Gas and VLRA (valve regulated lead acid) types. They are approved for use on Odyssey and Concorde brand batteries including Aircraft & Milspec applications.
